Richard Anzalone – CEO and President, Ceres Living

Ceres Living, Inc., President; has worked in the Direct Sales Industry since 1992. Mr. Anzalone has worked with companies like Quorum Intl, IGN and Natural World. Mr. Anzalone became one of the highest grossing earners, as well as one of the fastest growing distributors of FutureNet Online, Inc. His dedication to training the more than 50,000 distributors in his personal organization, coupled with designing and implementing systems and tools which the company later adopted, made him instrumental in the company’s rapid growth and dynamic sales expansion.

During his time with FutureNet Online, Inc., Mr. Anzalone became Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In this role, he was responsible for the re-building and re-structuring of the company, which increased sales by 50% and expanded the distributor base.

Mr. Anzalone became an owner and Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Global Products, Inc. In this role, he was responsible for revising the compensation plan to leverage greater earning ability for distributors, as well as produce higher returns for the company. Through innovative marketing systems and fresh product initiatives, he increased new sales by over 100%.

Mr. Anzalone joined The Brain Garden, a growing nutritional company, as a distributor and became one of only 35 Founders was named Rookie of the Year. Mr. Anzalone was able to build a personal organization in excess of 25,000 distributors worldwide.

Since 2004, Mr. Anzalone has been the President and CEO of CandleWealth Intl, Inc. He guided the company to profitability two years after it founding. With vast expertise in compensation plans, Mr. Anzalone and his team have developed a highly competitive and ground-breaking marketing plan that is lucrative for both the company and distributors alike. Mr. Anzalone was instrumental in the transition of CandleWealth International, Inc. into Ceres Living, Inc.

David Koerner – Chief Operating Officer, Ceres Living

Ceres Living, Inc., Chief Operating Officer; brings over twenty-three years of business, legal and operational experience, both in the US and abroad. He has worked in these capacities with several direct marketing companies, including Herbalife, Lifetronix, Inc. and FutureNet Online, Inc.

Mr. Koerner began his career in direct sales during the early years of Herbalife, starting in Distributor Relations and eventually becoming the Director of US and International Operations. David worked closely with industry legend, the late Mark Hughes, from whom he harvested a wealth of knowledge. Additionally while at HerbaLife he worked directly with well-known industry icons, Larry Thompson and Jim Rohn.

After a brief stint as a securities defense attorney, Mr. Koerner became Director of Operations and Legal Affairs for LifeTronix, Inc., where he advised on compliance and regulatory issues, as well as overseeing the Retail America Program call center. He also coordinated advertising co-ops and oversaw Distributor Operations.

While working at FutureNet Online, Inc., Mr. Koerner worked directly with the Federal Trade Commission, various state Attorneys General and the California Public Utilities Commission.

Mr. Koerner received his Business and Finance Degree from Long Beach State University and earned a Law Degree from Loyola Law School. As well as his extensive Operational experience, he is licensed to practice law in the State of California.

Susan Anzalone – Director of Marketing, Ceres Living

Susan Anzalone began her journey in the Network Marketing Industry as a distributor over 13 years ago. She has also worked extensively with such companies as Marriott Corporation and The Walt Disney Company. Working with her diverse creative background in a variety of capacities and now as Director of Marketing, she is passionate about CERES Living and all of its Associates. She believes that the people who make network marketing work are the Distributors.

Susan's passion for CERES living has given her a keen insight into the hearts and souls of the Associates. Her unique talents enable her to play a key role in the successful marketing and direction of the company.


Matthew Henninger – Chairman and CEO, Promethean Corporation

Mr. Henninger has over 20 years in Corporate Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions and Operations. Mr. Henninger founded 1st International Capital Group (FICG) and focused primarily on commercial real estate finance. FICG grew into a boutique investment banking firm called Henninger Gold Kokozka (HGK). HGK specialized in raising venture capital for small growing business as well as advising clients on mergers and acquisitions. HGK worked in industries such as Specialty Equipment Manufacturing, Construction, Real Estate, Health Care Services, Bulk Transportation and Lumber Distribution.

Mr. Henninger was President of Logan & Fisher, a Boutique merchant banking firm specializing in corporate finance and mergers & acquisitions. He worked with companies in Financial Services, LTL Transportation, Bio Remediation, Short Line Rail Transportation, Medical Products, Medical Chemicals, Medical Software, Custom Manufacturing, Environmental Engineering and Chemical Refining.

Mr. Henninger then became CEO of Ceres San Francisco. Ceres was a leading manufacturer of specialty candles. The company manufactured products for leading retailers in the U.S and abroad, including Tiffany & Co., Pottery Barn, The Gap, Banana Republic, Dillard’s, Macys, Donna Karen, Armani and Eddie Bauer. The Company also developed a very extensive line of Branded Products and was eventually sold to a large distribution company. Mr. Henninger subsequently became the President of Aromatherapy of Rome (AOR). AOR was the leading manufacturer of aromatherapy products in the US. Under Mr. Henninger’s guidance, the company completely changed its manufacturing process, added capacity as well as new private label customers such as Restoration Hardware, Costco, Pottery Barn and Nordstrom.

Mr. Henninger was previously a director of Print Data Corp. Under his guidance, the company was restructured and eventually spun off its operations into a private company. With the remaining corporate entity Mr. Henninger acquired a $100 million dollar distribution company. Mr. Henninger became President of Nortia Capital Partners, Inc., a Business Development Company. Nortia invested in companies in the Oil & Gas Industry and the Pet Food Industry.

Mr. Henninger has served on the board or has consulted with various publicly traded and private companies that include companies in the Financial sector, the Oil & Gas sector, Pet Food and Bio Tech. Prior to Promethean Corp he operated Red Lion Partners, Inc., a New York based investment and consulting firm.

Dennis Meekins – Chief Financial Officer, Promethean Corporation

Mr. Meekins has over 30 years experience in the accounting, financial reporting and securities industry. He received his BS Magna Cum Laude in Business/Accounting from the New York Institute of Technology and is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. Prior to joining Promethean Corporation, he was most recently the Vice President of Equities Listing Qualifications at the American Stock Exchange, where he was responsible for all supervisory aspects of the Exchange's initial and continued listing qualifications department. This included the national exchange listing of Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) for domestic and foreign companies that totaled in excess of $16 billion since 2005.

Prior to joining the Exchange in 2001, Mr. Meekins spent 15 years as Director of Finance and Controller for the Diocese of Rockville Centre, a major not-for-profit entity with diverse programs and complex financial reporting, as well as 8 years as an auditor with McGladrey and Pullen. His wealth of experience and vast knowledge in markets of interest make him a valuable asset to Promethean Corporation.
